5 Days Trip from Marrakech to Fes
During this 5 days desert trip from Marrakech to Fes to have time to explore the Moroccan history en general and specially the berber culture and traditions. We will be picked up from your hotel/riad in Fes then transferred to Merzouga desert where you will enjoy your camel ride and overnight at berber camp. Also you will have the opportunity to walk along the highest Todra Gorges, Ouarzazate and Unesco world heritage of Ait Ben Haddou.

Itinerary
Day 1 : Marrakech - Tizi N'Tichka - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley - Gorges
We will pick you up from your hotel/riad we will start our journey from Marrakech to Dades Gorges. Across the Tizi N'Tichka the High Atlas mountains Tizi N'Tichka (2,260m asl) with sweeping mountain views, to the traditional Berber High Atlas village of Telouet and continue to Ait Ben Haddou to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, one spectacular fortified village {Ksour}. Where you can take your lunch in Ait Ben Haddou or Ouarzazate and continue to Dades valley, we spent the night well in a riad / hotel in dades gorges.
Day 2 : Dades Gorges - Tinghir - Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud Rissani - Merzouga
After breakfast, we go from dades to Toudra gorges, Tinghir and to the Sahara desert of Merzouga, Berber villages are scattered along the way. we will pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud, where we feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet then we continue to Merzouga, night in the riad/hotel.
Day 3 : Merzouga - Erg Chebbi - Nomads - Merzouga
We are in the desert, after a rich and tasty breakfast, go around the deserted Erg Chebbi sand of the desert, where the Great Dune of Morocco, over 250 meters high, and connect on the track with part of the route followed by the former Paris-Dakar and the mountains on the border with Algeria background. Stop at the Tissardmin oasis and follow the road to a nomadic settlement where you will learn some of the secrets of life and customs. Rear stops at a point of view, where we can contemplate the entire Erg Chebbi. Arrive to the town of Khamlia, originally from Mali, where you can relax with a cup of tea while enjoying a Gnawa spiritual music concert. Return to Merzouga, lunch, then return to the hotel 16:00 to leave in a caravan of camels at the camp (about 1 hour), you can enjoy the sun and stretch your legs a little before arriving at the camp. We offer hospitality with tea, as usual, and before dinner we will take the opportunity to climb the great dune or just for those who are close to the field and enjoy the peace and silence the time and place offers. Sleep in Haima under a blanket of stars in the heart of the desert.
Day 4 : Merzouga via Erfoud - Errachidia - Ziz Valley - Midelt (280km)
We continue towards Midelt, a mountain town located near an ancient kasbah. 1500m Located at the top, it is the main stopping point between the High and the Middle Atlas. Dinner and overnight in Midelt or in the region in the hotel.
Day 5 : Midelt to Fes via Zaida - Timahdit - Azrou - Ifran (230km)
Departure for Fes through the villages of. Zaida and Timahdit and Azrou After which you will head to Azrou to see the monkeys in the cedar forest, after You will have a stop in Ifrane, known as the switezland of Morocco Ifrane. Dinner and overnight in Fes.
